2006 Toby McCredie Golf Day

The 2006 Toby McCredie Golf Day was our inaugural event. The weather was perfect and all enjoyed a fantastic day of golf.

There were a couple of interesting scorecards handed in but overall everybody played in the spirit of the day.

Woodlands Golf Club provided a spectacular golf course and a magnificent venue for the dinner and auction.

We were extremely privileged to have Stuart Appleby in attendance during the evening for a question and answer session with Ian Cohen. All agreed that it was not only entertaining but also compelling listening as Stuart shared some of the serious and not so serious stories of his personal and golfing lives. Thank you to Ian Cohen for taking the time to host the Q and A with Stuart.

Our corporate supporters were greatly appreciated so thank you to Pulse Pharmacy who sent along a team of 4 and were hole sponsors, Life Bioscience ( distributors of the Caresens and Duo-Care Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure monitoring systems), Advance Sales Management who sponsored the Longest Drives and My Chemist who sponsored the prizes for Closest to the pin.

Thank you to Karen Passey, CEO of SIDS and Kids Victoria, for playing on the day and your help with organisation. Not only did Karen play well on the golf course, she was also a strong bidder in the charity auction during the evening.

And finally to our friends and family that helped on the day, and all those who came along thank you for making the day the great success that it was.
